Need to return or exchange your Vibrant bra?
- Vibrant will pay the shipping costs on all returns and exchanges.
- For many women, the Vibrant bra feels different than bras they currently wear. That’s a good thing! Before you decide to return it, we encourage you to wear it more than once.
- To receive a full refund:
- The bra cannot be damaged, stained or discolored.
- The bra cannot be machine washed (hand washing with a non-toxic soap is recommended, but please do so after you’ve committed to keep it).
- Your bra is postmarked to us less than 30 days after your purchase date.
- To exchange for a different size, please indicate your preference on the return/exchange page/packaging insert and include it when you send your bra back. We’ll take any appropriate packaging. We’ll process your new bra as fast as we can, and will contact you via email when it ships.
- Refunds for the entire amount billed to your card will be credited to the card you used to make the original transaction.
- If you received a bra that you think may be defective, please contact customer service immediately! We’ll make it right!
