How to Measure

Step 1: Measure underbust
Wrap the measuring tape around your chest right where your breasts meet your ribcage. Add +5 inches to get your band size. If you're between sizes, round up.

Step 2: Measure breast volume
Begin with your larger breast (if applicable). Hold the measuring tape to the outer seam of the cup (the one closer to your armpit). Pull the measuring tape across your breast until you reach the inner side. If you’re wearing a thickly padded bra, deduct the padding. When finished, compare the measurement with the chart. If you’re between cup sizes, round down.

Once you have your measurements, look for your band and cup size in the charts below. If you are between sizes, size down.
