Response to COVID-19

In these uncertain times, we want to share the measures we are taking to keep Team Vibrant and all of you in the Vibrant Community (and the greater world) as healthy and safe as possible. 

Flattening the curve

We are taking precautions recommended by the World Health Organization, the CDC, and local government in order to help minimize the spread of COVID-19. All members of Team Vibrant who can work from home are working from home. We have a small operations team at our fulfillment center in Milwaukee, Wisc., practicing social distancing, hand-washing, cleaning and disinfecting to keep themselves and your orders safe and healthy. 

Order fulfillment

Our silver lining (and we all are looking for one right now): Our free, expedited shipping has not been impacted by COVID-19. Just like prior to the pandemic, we continue to fulfill orders from Vibrant HQ in Milwaukee, Wisc. Returns and exchanges will also continue to be processed at their typical rate—within 5-8 business days of arrival at the fulfillment center.
